SCHEDULE “D”-OUR COMMITTMENT TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY

At Horizon Court Properties / Can-Euro Investments Ltd., we are committed to safeguarding the personal information you provide to us.  When renting with Horizon Court Properties / Can-Euro Investments Ltd. you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information, including that previously collected, for the following purposes: communicating with you regarding your lease agreement, confirming information provided by you for future Landlord references; evaluation and reviewing your lease agreement upon renewal, detecting and preventing fraud (unpaid rent, NSF cheques, providing false information); offering and providing maintenance products and services to meet your needs, and as required by law.

You may withdraw your consent, but by doing so may prevent us from providing you with rental accommodations and maintenance services as requested.

We do not sell or otherwise market your personal information to third parties.

All completed applications which do not result in Standard Form of Lease Agreement will be shredded.  All personal information except for the Standard Form of Lease Agreement will be shredded upon lease termination.
